| | | | | |  | |  | | | | In the eleventh chapter of John is the account of Jesus raising Lazarus from the dead. Prior to this, Martha and her sister Mary are heartbroken about their brother's death. Jesus responds to Martha in John 11:25, "I am the Resurrection and the Life. Whoever believes in Me though he die, yet shall he live, and everyone who lives and believes in Me shall never die." Oh, let this encourage us today! Our Savior is alive! Memorize this verse. Meditate on it today! He is the Resurrection. He conquered death, hell and the grave. That life is working in you and I today. The same Holy Spirit that raised Jesus from the dead dwells in us, we are alive in Him today! His Word is the living Word of God. Jesus said that the Words He spoke are spirit and they are life. The living Word of God is transforming us, it is Life to us. Remember today that because He lives, you live also. He lives in the power of an endless life, and offers that life to every human being. Though our outward flesh will fail someday, we will live forever with Him. For the believer, death has no victory, for the Resurrection and the Life has delivered us from death. Our enemies of death and hell have been destroyed forever. Rejoice today for because He lives we live also!!!!!!! All who believe in Him, trust in Him, will live forever with Him. Lord thank you that you are the Resurrection and the Life! | | | | |  | |  | | | | | | |
